PAYMENT

We accept payment by Paypal, Stripe, Mb Way (only portugal and by instagram).

 

SHIPPING

All of our orders are sent via CTT. After receiving your order number you can follow it through the CTT website.

For shipments to Portugal (islands included), after notification that the order has been shipped, the delivery period takes between 1 to 3 days.                         

 

For shipments to European countries, after notification that the order has been shipped, the delivery period takes between 3 to 5 days.                                                                                                    

 

For shipments to other international destinations, after notification that the order has been shipped, the delivery period takes between 5 to 7 days. 

Free shipping on local orders. Only available for orders destined for Porto center (CODE: SUPERBOCK).

The shipping prices are calculated at checkout.                                                                       You can use the free shipping codes in the checkout section.

 

Warning (European/International Orders)

We are not responsible for customs fees or other extra fees that orders may be subject to when being imported into other countries. In this way, the customers are fully responsible for their orders.

The delivery time may be extended due to issues related to customs clearance.

Due to Covid-Sars2 we ask for understanding if the deadlines are extended.

 

RETURNS

Size changes are not allowed so always consult our size chart before placing an order. We only accept returns if any of our products is damaged or if we have sent the wrong product, within 10 days after receiving the order.

The product must not have traces of use such as:

  • Existence of perfume or deodorant brands;
  • Indications that it has been washed or used;
  • Dirt marks.

In order to start the return process, contact us through our “CONTACT” bar, placing the following title “RETURN #(ORDERNUMBER)” on the subject describing the defect. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

You can exchange the defect product for a new product or, if you prefer, we will refund your money. In this case, all shipping costs will be borne by us.

The refund of the amount will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase within 5 working days after we receive the product.

We can, however, not accept your return for not meeting the necessary requirements.

All purchases in the sales period are final.

 

Warning

We are not responsible if the order is returned to us due to lack of address information or  incorrect address. If you want to receive your order again, you will have to pay the shipping fee associated.

If a product is returned to us without fulfilling a return requirement and/or if the 10-day period has passed, the customer will be responsible for the return.

In case you want the products back, you will be charged for the return shipping back to you.

We will wait 7 days for your reply. In case no answer is given, the item will be placed back in our store without any kind of return.

We are not responsible if the order is damaged during transport.
